Hemato-Centric Life

The Hemato-Centric Life Institute advocates living a Hemato-Centric life. But what does this mean?

“Hemato” is the Greek word for blood; “Hemato-Centric” means to consider your health, your life, your body, and your everyday environment as it affects or reflects the condition of your blood. This is a revolutionary way to look at life when it comes to your health.

Why do we emphasize the importance of the condition of our blood on our bodies’ health? Consider this:

  • Everything that enters or leaves our bodies must pass through our blood.
  • Every part of the body can die, yet there can be life as long as the blood circulates.
  • You can be brain dead but still be alive.
  • You can stop breathing but still be alive.
  • It’s only when blood stops circulating that life ceases.

Blood does so much for us in our daily lives. It prevents waste buildup that would lead to death. It protects and defends the body against foreign agents.

So, how does the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, affect our blood? How can we better help circulate the blood to all of the cells in our body? How can we remove the harmful substances in our bodies as quickly as possible? How does the environment affect our blood? How does what we see and hear affect our mind, and therefore our blood? These are the types of questions we at the Hemato-Centric Life Institute have set out to answer.

The Hemato-Centric Life is a revolutionary and simple way to measure the impact that living has on our life.

It is a lifestyle. It is life.
